Bradford Stop the War Coalition 8 October 2001

Peace Protest in Centenary Square

We held a protest in Centenary Square to condemn Bush & Blair's decision to start bombing Afghanistan. Around 80-100 people turned up. We were able to get our message across to the public using banners and posters and to express our horror at the decision to start a war targeting innocent people.
